We offer 2 meal plans, the couple or the threesome and you can switch plans at anytime. 3 meals a day, or just 2 – you pick. We provide you with access to update your account 24/7, change your billing information, update your plan or even skip a week.
Absolutely! We recommend sticking to the meals to control your macros and give you the best results, however we love food too and we get it.
Our meals can be heated in the microwave safe containers we deliver or you can plate the meal for a more intimate affair with your food. 2 minutes in the microwave should do the trick.
Depending on the plan you select you will get either 2 meals or 3 meals for each day. We deliver Sunday evening and Tuesday evening. Deliveries occur between 7 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. – but don’t worry we will send you a text when your food has arrived so you can bring it in promptly.
As long as you put the food into your refrigerator when you receive it, the meals will last at least 5-6 days.
Our food is carefully crafted in our fully licensed and inspected commercial kitchen in Miami, FL. We follow FDA and DBPR best health food safety practices as we create our culinary delights.

We use the best quality ingredients in our ketogenic creations. You will only find the highest quality oils used in our meals (avocado, olive, coconut) , along with hormone free chicken, and a selection of natural clean beef and pork products to ensure your well being.
Absolutely! When signing up for your plan you can specify any allergies or strong dislikes you may have. We’ll make sure your menu doesn’t include those items.

The Couple (2 meals) costs $145 per week. The Threesome (3 meals) costs $165 per week plus tax & delivery.
